With our Store and Email management service all you need to do is make a list of everything you need done and once a month we'll power through that list.

We work in Shopify and Klaviyo every day so we can get a lot done in a couple of hours!

    Choose between 2 hours, a half day or a full day per month. We'll send through your invoice and direct debit and agree on a mutually convenient time slot.

  • Make a list

    Add your list of tasks to your private Notion workspace. Prior to your time slot we'll clarify the tasks to be done.

  • Sit back and relax

    Relax knowing we'll work through your task list and your store and/or email marketing will all be taken care of.

We can help with the following:

Please note theme updates and development work are excluded from this service.

Please note there is a minimum service period of 3 months.

Upon signing up to the service you will be issued an invoice for your first monthly payment then future payments will be taken in advance using direct debit.

FAQs

Why do I have to have a regular time slot?

A regular time slot gives you the certainty of knowing when your tasks will be completed and allows us to use our time effectively. It helps if you are available during your time slot to review changes or answer questions but this isn't essential.

What happens if I don't have enough tasks or forget to add to my list?

When you sign up you have the option to allow Verdant Spark to do any work they think will be beneficial to your store or emails in the event that you do not provide tasks to fill the time. This work could involve checking over current site content for typos, improving content, adding alt tags, updating meta descriptions or improving flows in Klaviyo.

What if the tasks take longer than two hours?

Unless we have authorisation from you to continue work, we will stop work at the end of your time slot and any remaining work will carry over to the following month.

If you would like us to complete all the tasks just let us know and we'll complete the work and invoice you for the extra time at the same rate as your monthly work.

What if I need work done outwith my time slot?

This is a regular monthly service but if you have urgent tasks that you would like done we will do them on a best efforts basis.

Who performs the work?

Us, Lisa and Gary! We never outsource any work so it will always be us who works on your store or emails.

How do I cancel?

Once your first three months are up you can cancel any time by sending us an email.
